Delivery and Return Policy
All orders will be tracked, orders that are not delivered will taken to a holding depot, the delivery agent should post a card through your door, to inform you of where your order is and where you can collect it from.
If the order is not collected after 2 weeks the order is sent back to us.
Shoulders of Shoreham have a Standard Delivery Charge of £4.95 per order to UK mainland customers.
Any where outside the UK mainland delivery charges differ.

Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days for items in stock.
For items that are out of stock delivery can be from 5 to 10 days subject to availability.
Shoulders of Shoreham try to maintain a good level of stock, if demand has been high for one particular item in a short period of time, then there could be a delay.
Around bank holidays delivery may be slightly longer due to any back log of orders that may have built up during that time.
Checking Your Order Status
If you wish to check the progress of your order, you can log into your account and click on the orders link at the bottom of your account details page to view your order status/history
We hope you find your order correct in every respect.

Damaged Parcel or Evidence of Theft.
If your parcel was damaged or pilfered in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact. Call our Customer Service Department on 08449951246 for further instructions.
Special orders are not returnable or refundable without prior authorisation.
Returns that the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All products must be returned complete and in there original condition, including packaging, instructions, and accessories.
As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund the will be the final price before the postage charge)
The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee, this is subject to our discretion.
Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. All products must be returned complete and in there original condition, including packaging, instructions, and accessories.
If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return.
Please note that all faulty returns must be made within 14 days of notification of fault.
